<p>Requirements: Exceptionally qualified students from business schools Complete fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin languages Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; Good grasp of business concepts Proficient at PowerPoint, Excel and Word High attention to detail; Good at multitasking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Growth initiatives across top-of-funnel optimization and pricing &amp; packaging tests across geolocations and platforms. As a senior member of the Product team, you will contribute directly to the company strategy and be responsible for influencing revenue-driving metrics. You will have the responsibility to engage with executives across the company to ensure alignment between our platform, experiences, and growth teams.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include owning the growth roadmap for top-of-funnel optimization and pricing &amp; packaging tests across geolocations and platforms, identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities across landing pages, sign-up, onboarding, upgrade flows, and plan selection, and leading structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing).</p>
<p>You will partner with Design and Engineering to build and iterate on growth components (upgrade surfaces, pricing modules, offer, onboarding experience) and drive pricing and packaging strategy: run pricing experiments, evaluate packaging changes, and improve plan positioning and upgrade paths.</p>
<p>Expand growth globally by improving localized acquisition and conversion, addressing country-specific payment and platform considerations, and tailoring offers by market. Improve mobile monetization by optimizing mobile upgrade journeys, experimenting with placements and messaging, and partnering on app-store/platform constraints and opportunities.</p>
<p>Monitor funnel health and cohort performance, balancing conversion gains with long-term retention, trust, and user experience quality.</p>
