As a Lead, Compensation Partner, you will partner closely with internal teams such as Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Equity to translate business strategy into scalable compensation programs across broad-based, sales, and executive/equity compensation.</p>\n<p>This role will actively participate in evolving and scaling our compensation programs and philosophy. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
