Your responsibilities will include:

Performing and supporting quality functions such as nonconformance resolution, first article inspection, root cause analysis, corrective actions, containments, statistical process control, etc. Collaborating with design engineering teams to develop standards for part drawings, including identification of key characteristics, dimensioning and GD&T, and first article inspection plans for electro-mechanical assemblies. Requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience in a quality or manufacturing engineering role. Experience with inspection techniques and basic GD&T principles. Basic proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis. Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective action, and basic quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto). Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus requirements include:

Experience with CAD, PLM, or ERP systems such as Solidworks, Altium, and Arena. Hands-on experience qualifying and maintaining manufacturing processes for electronics and/or mechanical assemblies.
