This role will contribute to both commercial and US Government programs. You will develop software for the flight computer on our satellites, develop firmware for control boards on the satellite, and improve and deliver reliable software through requirements generation, continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews.

You will collaborate with multiple teams (avionics, Ground Control, Telemetry) and develop software in C++ to interface with the flight computer and interface with the custom hardware on the vehicle.

Deliver complex projects through incremental development and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience developing software for products in modern C++ OR C
• Familiarity with Software Development Methodologies and Design Patterns
• Experience with working on Communication Protocols (TCP/IP, I2C, SPI)

• Demonstrated New Car Assessment Program and ADAS knowledge with excellent test process/flow with software debugging skills in Linux/QNX environments.
• Self-motivated to learn new things and a passion for adopting technology.
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills are indispensable.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with 3rd party proving grounds, engineering and test teams, and external governing agencies.
