As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating lab supply ordering, restocking, and inventory management. You will perform annual review of EHS documentation and signage, updating as needed. You will be the primary coordinator of fire safety training and fire drill management. You will submit annual hazardous waste summary and additional reports as needed through the EPA&#39;s RCRA reporting system. You will also submit lab permit (HMIS) application and renewal to Seattle Fire Department. You will conduct periodic reviews of chemical inventory, PPE hazard risk assessment, biological hazards risk assessment, and other risk assessments as needed.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor&#39;s degree in a scientific discipline or related area and 10+ years of experience in lab and facilities management within the pharmaceutical, biologics, or other related industries. You will have demonstrated knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. You will also have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, be a team player with great people skills, and have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</p>
