      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At Databricks, we&#39;re seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our Japan Public Sector team. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the data and AI strategy for key public sector customers in Japan.</p>
<p>Your impact will be significant, as you will own the technical strategy for these customers, defining the target architecture and roadmap for their Databricks-based data and AI platform. You will also lead solution design for priority government use cases, such as citizen 360 and eligibility, program analytics, smart infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fraud/waste/abuse.</p>
<p>In addition, you will design for security and compliance, ensuring architectures meet public sector expectations on data residency, access control, governance, and auditability. You will turn pilots into platforms, linking Databricks to visible mission outcomes and using those wins to drive expansion across bureaus, departments, and levels of government.</p>
<p>As a mentor, you will coach Solutions Architects and partners on how to work effectively with Japan public sector stakeholders and patterns on the Databricks platform.</p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in data platforms, analytics, or cloud architecture, including significant experience with public sector organizations in Japan. You should have a proven ability to build trust with senior government stakeholders and lead high-stakes technical discussions in Japanese.</p>
<p>You should also have a strong technical background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing/Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud Architecture, with a focus on solution design and platforms. Experience architecting data and analytics solutions for public sector use cases is essential.</p>

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to join a team driving large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiatives.</p>
<p>In this role, you will be part of a team focusing on HCM innovation and NextGen HR Hire to Retire in pursuit of enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences. You will guide our clients through HR Transformation, leveraging HR technology to create an impact on business outcomes.</p>
<p>More specifically, the responsibilities of this role include the following areas of expertise:</p>

<li>End-to-end delivery of Payroll cloud transformation programmes including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll best practices, compliance, and statutory requirements</li>
<li>Collaboration with stakeholders across the business functions to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement and innovation in Payroll processes through technology</li>
<li>Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities to further develop our service offerings, proposals and go-to-market initiatives</li>
<li>Lead teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth</li>
</ul>
<p>To qualify for the role, you must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (minimum 5 years)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and best practices</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll</li>
<li>UK Public Sector experience</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies</li>
<li>Relevant certifications in HCM platforms (preferred)</li>
</ul>
