Join us as a Guest Experience Host at Sandbox VR, the most advanced virtual reality experience in the world. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest moments by greeting guests with energy and inviting them into an exciting, welcoming environment. You will guide guests through the VR journey, including arrival, gearing up, gameplay, and wrap-up, and proactively share offers to boost engagement.

As a Tech & Experience Expert, you will master our proprietary tech and keep gear calibrated, troubleshoot issues smoothly, and communicate with management and tech support when issues arise. You will also maintain a spotless, high-energy store that meets Sandbox VR standards, sanitize gear thoroughly, and prepare iPads, body trackers, and gear before and after every session.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also lead shifts, manage daily audits, break schedules, and labor spend, run shift check-ins, coach in real time, and train new hires. You will ensure team performance, morale, and guest service standards remain high.

\n

We are looking for an egoless and coachable individual who takes feedback well and pitches in wherever needed. You should be adaptable and proactive, resourceful, self-driven, and good with change. You should also be team-focused, staying positive and celebrating group wins. Reliability is key, with a commitment to being on time, in uniform, and ready to shine. Weekend availability is required, and leadership experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
