<p>Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.</p>
<p>You have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country&#39;s official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel. Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.). Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling proposition for clients.</p>
<p>Substantial proven experience (10 years plus) working in client-facing consulting/contracting roles. Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA. Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.</p>

<p>You will lead the effort to advance and formalize Anduril&#39;s Integrated Support capabilities. <p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Participate with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration.</li>
<li>Influence, and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract(s).</li>
<li>Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.</li>
<li>Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering, business, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.</li>
<li>Demonstrates technical expertise and application of logistics management principles, concepts, and practice as well as leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements as it relates to the DoD or government logistics, preferably related to aircraft.</li>
<li>Experience working with, in, and around Air Force or other military branch Integrated Logistics operations.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong ability to work cross-functionally, including at a deeply technical level, in an unstructured environment; startup experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation and adoption.</li>
<li>Willing and able to dive into tactical execution mode when needed to move the effort forward.</li>
