      <Title>Business Development Manager (Automotive Aftermarket)</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Establish, recommend, and execute sales and marketing strategy to develop Indirect channel business in Thailand.</p>
<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>
<p>Achieve company&#39;s sales goals within the assigned scope such as volume, proceed, margin and account receiving including others assigned.</p>

<li>Establish new client base of B2C customers with key focus on Automotive Aftermarket. This includes market research as well as identification, evaluation, recruitment, and contract closing with distributors.</li>
</ul>

<li>Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders and support team to meet all customer requirements and achieve the business result.</li>

<li>Develop new sales activities to attract prospects. This includes product portfolio management, sell in/sell out promotions, marketing activities, pricing structure, and e – Commerce business.</li>

<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in suitable business-related fields.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>5 years of experience preferably in automotive lubricants or allied FMCG, having strong experience in distributor management.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Self – driven and motivated, results – oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on value selling and business profit.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.</li>
</ul>
