As Director of Controllership Transformation, you will lead the Controllership organization on our fast-paced growth journey. This team is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing areas for automation, including the use of AI and ERP transformations, as well as integrating acquired companies. With system changes also comes process changes that must be carefully managed and designed to take full advantage of the system changes and ensure ongoing SOX compliance. And finally, with a growing system infrastructure to support the Controllership and foundation of the accounting books of record, this leader will also oversee governance of the Controllership master data.
\nIn this role, you will:
\nYou will be surrounded by expertise across SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, Treasury Accounting, and Corporate Accounting. This role requires a strong accounting background and experience in managing in a SOX-controlled environment.
