Structure financing solutions for large-scale projects, including detailed risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Build and oversee the development of complex financial models and project cash flow projections. Manage due diligence processes, coordinating internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, insurance, etc.). Lead negotiations from clients, lenders, investors and other stakeholders. Prepare and present capital and credit applications as well as deal documentation for internal and external approvals. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical skill development and transaction execution expertise. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
