We are seeking a visionary Director of Manufacturing Finance to be the dedicated financial architect and strategic partner for our next-generation Arsenal Production facility. This critical role will lead the build-out of a best-in-class Finance infrastructure tailored to Arsenal's unique needs and rapid growth trajectory, including the financial oversight of its construction and physical establishment.

Your mission will be to optimize cost management, develop dynamic pricing strategies, and ensure the financial robustness of Arsenal's manufacturing operations, from the initial capital investment in the facility itself through ongoing operational efficiency.
\nThis role requires an individual with a deep ownership mentality, a first-principles approach to operational challenges, and comfort thriving in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-stakes environment.
