Working hand-in-hand with Game Design, Engineering, Analytics, Production, and Marketing, you&#39;ll help build experiences that are fun, rewarding, and genuinely memorable.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with a cross-functional team to drive product performance, contributing to key outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.</li>\n<li>Build live ops that maximize player engagement and monetization throughout the product lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Model, analyze, and optimize in-game economies and monetization systems to balance player experience with business performance.</li>\n<li>Lead a data-driven culture of hypothesis, experimentation, validation, and iteration.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement game health review cycles that synthesize internal metrics, player feedback, and market signals to drive product improvements.</li>\n<li>Partner with Marketing to drive top-of-funnel growth strategies, ensuring acquisition efforts are aligned with in-game onboarding and early player experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in product management, with meaningful experience in live service F2P games.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of owning and improving a live F2P title through its product lifecycle, including delivery of features, live ops events, and post-launch optimization.</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of F2P game ecosystems, including player lifecycle management, spending behaviors, monetization design, and UA economics.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking KPIs, building business cases, and making data-informed decisions. Forecasting and modeling experience a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience designing and running A/B tests and translating results into clear product action.</li>\n<li>Ability to craft wireframes and detailed product specifications, and present work confidently to executive stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a product vision.</li>\n<li>A player-first mentality and genuine passion for games.</li>\n<li>BA/BS in a quantitative or technical discipline (math, economics, engineering, finance), or MBA a plus.</li>\n<li>Highly desirable: A passionate football fan with a strong understanding of American Football and the EA SPORTS brand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).</p>\n<ul>\n<li>British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $111,600 - $152,800 CAD</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
