      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Content Experience strategy. In this role, you will own how users discover, learn from, and act on content: across documentation, in-product help, AI-assisted guidance, and beyond.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll help define the future of content at Databricks by making it a first-class product experience and integrating content development into product development.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Owning the content experience end-to-end, ensuring it&#39;s helpful, intuitive, and actionable</li>
<li>Driving strategic improvements to content tooling and workflows</li>
<li>Building an architecture of participation that enables context experts to contribute directly to content</li>
<li>Integrating AI to transform content experiences</li>
<li>Defining metrics that matter and tracking content engagement, time-to-task, support deflection, and user satisfaction</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering high-impact user experiences</li>
<li>Deep understanding of developer tools, data platforms, or technical products with large surface areas</li>
<li>Strong systems mindset, comfortable designing scalable workflows, content architectures, and tooling integrations</li>
<li>Experience with developer documentation, content platforms, or product onboarding is a plus</li>
<li>Strong customer empathy and an obsession with helping users succeed</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI technologies (especially LLMs) and how they can be applied to content workflows and user guidance</li>
<li>Experience working with technical and non-technical contributors in a collaborative content ecosystem</li>
</ul>
<p>Pay Range Transparency: Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $181,700-$249,800 USD.</p>

Lead a multi-year plan to modernize onboarding and activation, clean up core Dropbox surfaces, and build intelligent, adaptive systems that boost team activation, invites, and long-term engagement across platforms.</p>
