      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Lead Electronics Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. As the Lead Electronics Technician, you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work alongside other Electronics Technicians, leading technician staff in the production and delivery of Pressure Vessels through testing.</p>
<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Building a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes product knowledge, skills development, and X-training</li>
<li>Executing manufacturing operations, applying a higher level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair</li>
<li>Prioritizing work activities for operators to achieve target on time delivery goals</li>
<li>Handling multiple priorities, organizing workload, and meeting deadlines</li>
<li>Ensuring they are working on the right thing at the right time</li>
<li>Being an active participant in 5S and continuous improvement activities</li>
<li>Providing feedback on ways to improve building process</li>
<li>Completing transactions in digital production systems (MES, NetSuite, JIRA) on a daily basis</li>
<li>Ability to work on the line, provide training, and support new operator onboarding as required</li>
<li>Showing up every day with a high level of urgency and enthusiasm to get the job done</li>
<li>Performing additional tasks in support of business objectives and/or to develop the individuals&#39; skills</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in electronics working in relevant fields such as robotics, defence, or aerospace</li>
<li>1+ year of experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Strong experience working with printed circuit boards (PCBAs) and wiring harness manufacturing</li>
<li>Ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions, equipment specs, electrical schematics, etc.)</li>
<li>Extremely reliable, organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 35 pounds unassisted</li>
<li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include experience in sub-sea robotics (AUVs, UUVs, underwater equipment) and experience working with electrical systems up to 400Vdc.</p>

<p>As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and execution of all technical activities throughout the lifecycle of a sales opportunity. This includes technical discovery, negotiation of technical success criteria, product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations. You will also work with customers to better understand their product development requirements and what they need to improve their performance metrics.</p>
