      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a visionary Director of Product Marketing to architect the global GTM strategy for our Commercial Product portfolio.</p>
<p>In this leadership role, you won&#39;t just follow a roadmap, you will help draw it. You will manage the end-to-end commercial success of our products, ensuring that our innovation translates into market-leading revenue growth.</p>
<p>You are a master storyteller and a rigorous strategist. You will partner with the C-suite and Product leadership, while maintaining the tactical mentorship required to manage a high-performing team. You will serve as the primary strategic engine between Product, Sales, and Marketing.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>GTM Architecture &amp; Strategy: Define and lead the overarching GTM framework for the entire commercial organization. You will own the strategic logic behind target segmentation, tiered pricing/packaging models, and multi-channel distribution strategies to maximize LTV and market share.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Category Creation and Positioning: Develop the high-level narratives that define our place in the media landscape. You will move beyond &quot;features&quot; to build a compelling &quot;Future&quot; brand story that solves complex institutional pain points and positions us as an indispensable partner.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Market Intelligence: Act as the internal &quot;Voice of the Market.&quot; You will combine competitive intelligence, macro-economic trends, and buyer behavior into relevant insights that pivot the product roadmap and corporate strategy.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Commercial Enablement Engine: Transform sales enablement from &quot;collateral creation&quot; into a &quot;revenue engine.&quot; You will design the training programs and strategies that empower our global sales team to win high-stakes, multi-million dollar deals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Organizational Leadership: Create deep synchronization between Product, Sales and Operation. You ensure that the &quot;Commercial&quot; voice is heard at the earliest stages of product ideation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Operational Excellence: Build repeatable, scalable methodologies for product launches, internal communications, and feedback loops. You will institutionalize PMM excellence across the organization.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Team Leadership &amp; Talent Development: Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers. You will be responsible for their career trajectories, output quality, and the culture of the PMM function.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in the modern &quot;Revenue Stack&quot;: Salesforce, Asana/Jira, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with pricing strategy frameworks and selling methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>An Industry Authority: You have 8–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the media, advertising, or high-growth SaaS space, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated people management role.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>An Executive Communicator: You can simplify the most complex technical or commercial concepts into elegant narratives that resonate with both engineers and CEOs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>A Growth Architect: You have experience taking products from $0 to $10M+ (or scaling existing portfolios) through rigorous GTM execution.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>A Data-Driven Visionary: You balance &quot;gut feel&quot; with deep analytical rigor. You use Salesforce data, market research, and win/loss analysis to defend your strategic bets.</li>
</ul>
