      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Calibration Engineer to drive improvements to our internal calibration program in Costa Mesa, CA. This role will be on the Quality Engineering team and partner across the product development organisation, production organisation, and field operations organisations. This role will be dynamic and full of new engagement, challenges, and opportunities to bring the core elements of success for a calibration program - measuring the process, managing tracking software, schedules, accuracy &amp; precision of equipment, equipment history, traceability methods, accreditation and reporting.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Analyse &amp; drive improvements in the core calibration activities for calibrated devices at local factories in Santa Ana &amp; Costa Mesa.</li>
<li>Define new project milestones, develop detailed execution plans, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality standards for enhancements to the quality management system.</li>
<li>Develop In-House Calibration Roadmap: Create and implement a strategic plan to analyse the calibration processes and optimise for work done with external vendors or in-house capabilities.</li>
<li>Evaluate and implement new technologies and methods to improve calibration efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Manage the database and ensure that it is updated when appropriate, including but not limited to updating location and owners of tools.</li>
<li>Improve processes to ensuring that equipment rotations do not starve users or production.</li>
<li>Improve the existing infrastructure for equipment flagged for calibration (i.e. Drop location for assets requiring calibration, standardisation of calibration intake information, providing instructions for 3rd party vendor)</li>
<li>Support the creation, upkeep and communication of calibration procedures, documented information and communication there of. Manage training of internal calibration stakeholders. Conduct spot audits as needed for compliance to calibration procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure that there are consistencies and completeness in calibration plans, training material, and performance management metrics. Support global site readiness reviews for internal and external auditing.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Associates degree in Science / Engineering or similar technical field.</li>
<li>Experience managing calibration at a large organisation and production environment</li>
<li>Experience working with and managing 3rd party calibration vendors</li>
<li>Experience with automated calibration tools and software.</li>
<li>Experience improving processes and procedures (specifically around calibration) with an emphasis on process creation.</li>
<li>Familiar with common industry calibration standards and methods</li>
<li>Proven track record of designing and delivering calibration systems for manufacturing facilities.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and AS6500 standards and their application in calibration processes.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills across multiple sites.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>
<p>As an Engine Mechanic for the LMDh project at Hyundai Motorsport, you will be part of a high-performance team responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and optimization of hybrid power units used in our endurance racing program. This role requires precision, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both combustion and hybrid-electric systems in a motorsport environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assemble complete race engines (short block and top end) according to defined build specifications, drawings, and procedures.</li>
<li>Measure, fit, and verify all critical engine components (bearings, pistons, valves, cams, crankshaft, etc.) using precision instruments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate build records and traceability documentation (torque logs, clearances, serial numbers, parts usage, etc.).</li>
<li>Disassemble and inspect engines post-event or post-dyno for wear, damage, and component life tracking.</li>
<li>Collaborate with design, development, and dyno teams to support continuous performance and reliability improvements.</li>
<li>Identify and report potential assembly or quality issues, contributing to root cause analyses and countermeasures.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of the build area in accordance with motorsport standards.</li>
<li>Support dyno and test operations (installation, pre-start checks, post-test inspections).</li>
<li>Occasionally travel to test or race events to provide engine support (if required).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Completed vocational training as an automotive or motorsport mechanic, or equivalent technical qualification.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in high-performance engine assembly, preferably in endurance racing (LMDh, LMP, GT, or F1).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines, hybrid systems, and associated electronics.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel internationally for race and test events.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of internal combustion engine architecture, tolerances, materials, and assembly techniques.</li>
