      <Description><![CDATA[<p>You will work under the guidance of an experienced mentor in our power electronics development team at the Regensburg site and collaborate closely with colleagues in Istanbul and Warsaw.</p>
<p>Your main responsibilities will be to support development projects in the field of power electronics, focusing on one or more of the following areas:</p>
<ul>
<li>DC-DC converters</li>
<li>On-board chargers</li>
<li>Traction inverters</li>
</ul>
<p>You will gain hands-on experience with key elements of power electronic products, such as circuit and schematic design, power and gate driver layout, DC-link design, as well as thermal and mechanical aspects.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will support the testing of electronic prototypes in various ongoing development programs.</p>
<p>If there is mutual interest, you will have the opportunity to continue your working student position in the form of a subsequent thesis project.</p>

<p>As a working student, you will be enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field of study.</p>
<p>You should have a solid knowledge of the fundamentals of power electronics and related components.</p>
<p>Team spirit, social skills, and intercultural openness are essential for this role.</p>
<p>Strong analytical and conceptual abilities are also required.</p>
<p>Good German and English language skills are necessary.</p>
