Your main responsibilities will be to support development projects in the field of power electronics, focusing on one or more of the following areas:

• DC-DC converters
• On-board chargers
• Traction inverters

You will gain hands-on experience with key elements of power electronic products, such as circuit and schematic design, power and gate driver layout, DC-link design, as well as thermal and mechanical aspects.

Additionally, you will support the testing of electronic prototypes in various ongoing development programs.

If there is mutual interest, you will have the opportunity to continue your working student position in the form of a subsequent thesis project.

As a working student, you will be enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field of study.

You should have a solid knowledge of the fundamentals of power electronics and related components.

Strong analytical and conceptual abilities are also required.

Good German and English language skills are necessary.
