As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading, creating, and implementing innovative technical activities and solutions in the areas of Mass Production, Business Plan, and New Model.   • Monitoring and managing equipment and processes to ensure optimal manufacturing performance and function while minimizing operating expense.
  • Developing capability of self, colleagues, and team through training, mentoring, and sharing of experiences in area of technical expertise and understanding.
  • Establishing priorities and making decisions based on data analytics to most effectively accomplish business objectives.
  • Managing project implementation, schedule, budget, and resource allocations to ensure successful completion and target achievement.
  • Testing, evaluating, and implementing new and innovative technologies to improve overall equipment and process efficiency.
  • Developing and managing investment and expense budgets to achieve overall cost targets.
