At Flow, we're opening a new neighborhood store called Flow Grocer, which stocks local and environmentally friendly products. As an Organic Grocery Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, recommending products, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
\nResponsibilities:\nActively engage and connect with customers, answering product inquiries and tailoring product recommendations to meet their needs.\nProcess all orders in the POS system with speed and accuracy.\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is always replenished.\nStock and face all areas of the store, including the produce display, the merchandisers and retail shelving.\nPacking orders for pickup, delivery and in-store shopping with care to maintain product quality during transport.\nClean, sanitize and organize the counters and store to maintain a safe and beautiful environment for customers.\nStay informed about trends and events in the wellness space, including Flow Events and programs.\nEmbody and champion Flow's brand values in all interactions with customers, vendors and colleagues.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
\nIdeal Background:\nExperience working in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail with a focus on customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.\nInvolvement with new store openings, systems implementation and developing culture is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities in a high-speed environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nA growth mindset with the ability to gain a deep knowledge of all products in the store.\nUnderstanding, knowledge, and ability to comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
