Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring effective execution of complex cross-functional plans, assessing and engaging in emerging policy opportunities, and addressing challenges throughout the region. You will also collaborate with Policy and cross-functional colleagues on various projects, including strategically expanding our product and policy influence into new LATAM markets, developing new policy proposals, and drafting submissions to requests for comment.</p>\n<p>Some of your key tasks will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributing to the development of strategies to support Anthropic&#39;s LATAM policy objectives, including implementation plans and metrics</li>\n<li>Supporting projects to ensure smooth entry to new LATAM markets from a regulatory perspective</li>\n<li>Proposing and developing new programming and generating opportunities for Anthropic to build relationships with policymakers, think tanks, and non-profit organizations across Latin America, with particular focus on Brazil and other key regional markets</li>\n<li>Creating initial policy stakeholder maps and devising strategic engagement plans tailored to LATAM political and regulatory contexts</li>\n<li>Collaborating with policy and technical teams to translate Anthropic research into concrete policy proposals, stakeholder education, and thought leadership opportunities relevant to LATAM audiences</li>\n<li>Drafting and amplifying public submissions, responses to requests for information (RFI), and policy memos written by Anthropic to drive positive change in AI policy across the region</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the LATAM policy landscape, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
