Key responsibilities include:

• Design Implementation experience should include ASIC design using industry-standard tools (Placement, Optimization, CTS, Routing)
• RTL to GDSII full flow experience or knowledge is preferable
• Strong interest and understanding of Advanced Node & Design methodologies are required.
• In-depth Synopsys Back end tool (Logical and Physical Synthesis, AI methodologies, Timing Closure techniques, Macro Placement, Routing at advanced Node, Static Timing Analysis, including noise analysis) experience and knowledge are required.
• Knowledge of several Clock Tree Synthesis methodologies like H-Tree, MS-CTS is preferred
• Back end P&R tools (Fusion Compiler, ICC2, Innovus)
• Excellent verbal and written presentation/communication skills are mandatory.

Requirements include:

• BSEE or equivalent, required with 7+ years of experience, or MSEE, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.

What you'll do

Provide advanced technical support for EDA PnR tools, addressing complex customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Take ownership of PPA (Performance, Power, Area) optimization initiatives, working directly with customers to drive improvements as needed.

Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, engaging directly with customers to understand requirements, address escalations, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Collaborate with regional managers and teams across APAC, US, India and other geographies to coordinate support activities and share best practices.

Actively contribute to strategies that secure and expand market share by understanding competitive landscape and building strong customer relationships.

Develop and share technical documentation, lead knowledge transfer, and mentor junior team members.

What you need

• 5+ years of Physical Design or related work experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with EDA PnR tools
• Proven track record of supporting customer projects and solving complex technical issues
• Experience optimizing PPA metrics and driving technical success in customer environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally
• Ability to manage relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Experience in business development, account management, or market engagement is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, onboarding, or leading technical initiatives
