Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Overseeing all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting and repair of production equipment breakdowns.
• Managing spare parts inventory, ensuring critical spares are available while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
• Troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on various production machinery.

As a CNC Service Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing CNC machines across the state of Virginia. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their equipment runs at peak performance and provide legendary service by becoming the industry's most knowledgeable expert.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to clients by providing expert technical support and troubleshooting.
• Continuously learn and grow to stay ahead of the curve in CNC technology.
• Partner with clients to ensure their success and provide training and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC machines or a strong mechanical aptitude.
