Perform limited maintenance on offline critical equipment as directed, including single chiller maintenance, single CDU filter changeouts, and/or leak detection verification in alarming racks. Conduct daily inspections of facilities areas to ensure performance standards and proactively report issues. Maintain spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and assist with ordering as needed. Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for equipment maintenance and minor installations. Document all work performed, including repairs and observations, for accurate records. Support team efforts in troubleshooting and basic repairs.</p>
<p>Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related role (data center experience preferred). Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.</p>
<p>Preferred Skills and Experience: Associate&#39;s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certification). Experience with building management systems (BMS) or environmental monitoring tools. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA 608 Technician). Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling.</p>

<p>We are seeking a highly experienced facilities professional to support parts of our expanding real estate portfolio across the globe. This is an extremely dynamic role that balances time between large scale collaborative projects and focus work around facilities standards and safeguards. This role reports to the AMERs Workplace Leader within the Workplace Operations org and involves close collaboration across various REW pillars and other cross-functional partners including Design &amp; Construction, Leasing, Global Food Programs, Corporate Security, IT, and other external partners.</p>
