Be point of contact to Plant Engineering, local vendors and commodity suppliers regarding equipment issues Issue regular reports on maintenance metrics</li>\n<li>Support and coach problem solving activities within the department, mainly focused on Reliability and Maintainability Coordinate Maintenance Planning and Shutdown Planning actions within the department</li>\n<li>Support Work Group and Department meetings regarding equipment improvement and JPH actions</li>\n<li>Participate actively in JPH Roadmap reviews Provide technical assistance to personnel and areas where necessary.</li>\n<li>Identify training needs for skilled employees, coordinate training plan for the department Work with FIS, AVS and any other manufacturing type systems Coordinate skilled personnel during breakdowns to fix the issue with the minimal disturbance on production.
