<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Owning the live service product strategy for monetization and engagement initiatives</li>
<li>Defining and maintaining roadmaps for events, cosmetic content, and progression systems</li>
<li>Partnering with design, production, analytics, and art to deliver cohesive player experiences</li>
<li>Guiding monetization systems that respect fairness, transparency, and accessibility</li>
<li>Using player insights and performance data to refine features and priorities</li>
<li>Collaborating with publishing and franchise partners to align on goals and execution</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities for IP integrations and live service innovation</li>
<li>Leading and developing product managers, setting clear goals and success metrics</li>
</ul>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of product management experience, including leadership on live service products</li>
<li>Experience working on F2P or live service games with monetization systems</li>
<li>Background supporting PC or console titles; mobile experience welcomed</li>
<li>Experience partnering across creative, technical, and publishing teams</li>
<li>Experience guiding teams through roadmap planning and live operations</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a hybrid role, with opportunities to work remotely and in our Los Angeles office.</p>
