<p><strong>Associate Producer , Core Technology (EA FC)</strong></p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our FC Core team supporting the team’s efforts to successfully release the annual FC title. The Core team focuses on shared systems, tools, and technical capabilities that support the entire franchise, as well as the submission process and other key release activities.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for a producer who excels at organizing complex work, aligning multiple teams around shared priorities, and solving cross-team problems. You will work closely with engineering and discipline leadership to bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, balance competing demands, and ensure foundational work is delivered reliably and at high quality.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own planning, tracking, and organization for backlogs, milestones, and cross-team dependencies supporting the franchise.</li>
<li>Partner closely with senior producers, engineering leads, and discipline directors to balance competing priorities and drive clear decision-making.</li>
<li>Identify risks and blockers early, drive mitigation plans, and follow issues through to resolution.</li>
<li>Translate high-level franchise goals into actionable plans for teams delivering shared technical capabilities.</li>
<li>Manage incoming requests from feature teams and partners, ensuring scope, expectations, and trade-offs are clearly understood.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication, schedules, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement of production workflows, tools, and cross-team collaboration.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted production partner to technical leadership, helping teams stay focused and effective.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in game or other entertainment media production.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage complex, interdependent work across several teams simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of bringing structure to ambiguous or highly technical initiatives.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership.</li>
<li>Experience with agile or hybrid development methodologies and modern production tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience leading production for core technology, engine, tools, or platform teams.</li>
<li>Background on large-scale, AAA, or live service games.</li>
<li>Familiarity with rendering, tools, systems, or technical pipelines (no hands-on coding required).</li>
<li>Familiarity with the EA Sports FC product.</li>

<p>Producer I - EA SPORTS FC</p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced producer to lead the PC program across Core technology teams that power EA SPORTS FC. You will operate at the heart of the franchise, supporting foundational systems, rendering, tools, and technical pipelines that fuel the entire game.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the PC program across FC, establish &amp; maintain the PC roadmap, setting priorities, ensuring agreement, execution, and visibility across partner teams.</li>
<li>Guide PC performance quality by working with engineering and QV to meet performance targets and ensure a smooth player experience.</li>
<li>Partner with discipline directors and technical leadership to balance visual quality, feature ideas, scope, and schedule.</li>
<li>Identify technical risks early, especially related to performance, scalability, and platform constraints, and guide mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-team dependencies affecting Core systems and ensure execution remains on track through milestones.</li>
</ul>

<li>Establish clear communication channels for surfacing performance health, technical debt, and long-term investment needs.</li>
<li>Improve production workflows that support technical teams, allowing efficient delivery of foundational work.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in game production, with time supporting technical, engine, rendering, or platform teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience driving production for PC-focused programs, including performance optimization and hardware variability.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with rendering engineers, systems engineers, and technical artists in a AAA environment.</li>
<li>Experience managing complex cross-team dependencies and technical roadmaps.</li>
<li>Risk management, prioritization, and partner agreement.</li>
<li>Experience using performance metrics, profiling tools, and telemetry data to inform production decisions.</li>
<li>Experience shipping and supporting a large-scale or live service PC title.</li>
<li>Familiarity with modern rendering pipelines, optimization workflows, and performance certification standards.</li>
<li>Experience managing technical debt programs alongside feature development.</li>
<li>Prior people management experience leading other producers or project managers.</li>

<p>$133,500 - $186,400 CAD</p>
<p>Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.</p>
<p>For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.</p>
