Technical Program Manager, Platform

As a Technical Program Manager for Platform, you'll own the programs that stand up and operate Anthropic's APIs and serving infrastructure across multiple cloud environments.

This means driving deployments from scoping through production, running the platform work that spans them, and working across API, Platform Foundations, Security, our cloud provider counterparts, and whoever else is on the critical path when dependencies and tradeoffs pile up.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end program execution for Anthropic’s API across major cloud deployments, from scoping through production launch and steady-state operations

Drive the platform programs that cut across individual deployments: the shared foundations that get built once and reused, not rebuilt per cloud

Act as a primary coordination point with cloud provider counterparts, keeping engagement clean across multiple internal teams with touchpoints into the same partner

Partner with engineering leadership to turn technical direction into executable plans with clear owners, dependencies, and risk tracking

Build the program scaffolding (roadmaps, status reporting, decision logs, escalation paths) that lets a fast-moving org stay aligned without slowing down

Drive the hard sequencing conversations when partner commitments, engineering bandwidth, and priorities are in tension, and surface them to leadership with a recommendation

Identify where program coverage is thin relative to the load and help shape how we staff around it

You may be a good fit if you:

Have 10+ years of technical program management experience, including ownership of large infrastructure or platform programs with many engineering teams and external partners in the mix

Have deep technical fluency in cloud APIs, infrastructure, distributed systems, or platform engineering, enough to be a credible partner to senior engineers on architecture and sequencing, not just a tracker of their decisions

Have run programs spanning organizational boundaries where you had no direct authority over most of the people whose work you depended on, and delivered anyway

Have direct experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments, large-scale migrations, or building platform abstraction layers

Have worked with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or similar large technology partners, and know how to keep those relationships productive when priorities diverge

Are comfortable operating in ambiguity on the long arc while being ruthlessly concrete on what ships this quarter and who owns it

Have a track record of making a program get cheaper to run the second and third time, not just landing the first instance

Thrive in environments where the plan you wrote last month needs rewriting, without losing the thread on what matters

Strong candidates may also:

Have experience with production serving infrastructure, inference systems, or ML platform work

Have moved between senior IC and management roles, or have interest in doing so

Lead Product Marketing Manager, AI

As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, AI at GitLab, you'll shape how we bring our AI story to market across the software development lifecycle. You'll lead the narrative for GitLab Duo Agent Platform and related AI capabilities, helping customers understand how GitLab supports software teams and their AI agents in one platform.

This role sits at the intersection of product, market insight, and revenue strategy, with a strong focus on positioning, messaging, launches, and monetization for AI offerings. You'll work with significant autonomy while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

In your first year, you'll help refine our AI value proposition, strengthen how we speak to platform engineering and technology leaders, and turn market insight into repeatable go-to-market motions that support adoption and growth. You’ll also establish yourself as an emerging external voice on how AI agents are reshaping software teams , informed by your own hands-on use of agents workflows.

Some examples of our projects:

Developing and launching go-to-market strategies for GitLab Duo Agent Platform and AI offerings.

Using AI agents to accelerate competitive analysis, synthesize customer feedback patterns, and generate first-draft positioning hypotheses , then sharing those methods as part of GitLab's thought leadership.

Creating persona-based messaging for organizations moving from individual AI coding tools to team and agent collaboration across the software lifecycle.

Building thought leadership around intelligent orchestration, unified workflows, and how teams stay in flow with AI agents.

Supporting launches for new AI capabilities, agentic workflows, and related monetization approaches.

What you'll do

Collaborate on an end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for GitLab Duo Agent Platform and AI capabilities, emphasizing how intelligent orchestration enables software teams and their AI agents to stay in flow across the complete software lifecycle, addressing the "AI Paradox" where faster coding doesn't translate to faster delivery when the rest of the lifecycle remains fragmented.

Lead positioning and narrative for GitLab's AI capabilities, articulating how we bring software teams and their AI agents together, eliminate gaps between traditionally-manual software lifecycle stages, and unify DevOps, Security, and AI workflows into a single orchestrated system where teams orchestrate from above while agents execute within.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for usage-based AI monetization and consumption-based offerings that demonstrate clear customer value.

Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to understand how customers are navigating AI modernization journeys, validate market problems around toolchain fragmentation and tool-specific AI agents, and translate them into clear messaging, revenue plays, pricing strategies, and launch priorities.

Build and continuously refine compelling positioning and messaging for AI capabilities, including persona-specific content for platform engineering leaders, DevOps directors, technology executives, and developer teams.

Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new AI capabilities, agents, workflows, and usage-based offerings, ensuring launches are timely, impactful, and tightly aligned with sales, field marketing, partner ecosystem, and digital marketing motions while delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Serve as the subject matter expert for AI and intelligent orchestration within Product Marketing, synthesizing analyst feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and customer proof points into differentiated narratives that position GitLab's architectural advantages over AI coding tools and fragmented toolchain approaches.

Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials such as pitches, playbooks, FAQs, objection-handling guides, use case libraries, and pricing and packaging comparison guides that help scale AI-focused sales motions and accelerate deal velocity.

Build distinctive external thought leadership grounded in your own practice of using AI agents , sharing original insights from hands-on experimentation.

Partner with Product Marketing Managers on AI positioning, usage-based monetization, and go-to-market strategies within your area of expertise.

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product, growth, and marketing teams to drive AI adoption and revenue.

What you'll bring

Strong product marketing experience owning complex, technical B2B SaaS products from discovery through launch, with proven success in usage-based monetization, consumption pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue impact in AI or developer tools markets.

Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and the software development lifecycle, with practical exposure to capabilities such as AI coding assistants, agentic automation, multi-agent systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and intelligent orchestration concepts.

Demonstrated AI-first working style: you already use AI agents as core to how you develop positioning, conduct research, analyze competitors, and create content.

Experience across multiple domains within DevSecOps, enabling you to position AI capabilities across the complete software lifecycle from planning through deployment and operations.

Proven experience positioning platform solutions with ability to articulate architectural advantages of unified platforms with complete

Engineering Manager - Intelligent Tooling

We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We're dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life.

The Intelligent Tooling team is being built from the ground up, and our mission is to establish the technical foundations, operating model, and internal platforms that embed AI deeply into Plaid's coding tools, internal systems, and the entire software development lifecycle.
Take ownership of existing internal tooling platforms (e.g. Retool, Wadsworth, ID2), ensuring clear ownership, reliable operations, and steady improvements to developer experience.

Drive organization-wide adoption of AI tooling by embedding AI directly into core engineering workflows such as coding, testing, debugging, and incident response.

Partner closely with DevEff, Security, Privacy, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to ensure AI tooling is safe, compliant, scalable, and aligned with Plaid’s standards.

Define and execute against clear success metrics (e.g. usage, quality, reliability) to measure the real impact of Intelligent Tooling across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of engineering experience, including time as an IC building production systems.

3+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams.

Demonstrated success driving adoption of new tools or workflows, ideally AI-powered, for their own team.

Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered developer systems.

Strong technical judgment with depth in at least one of: developer tooling / DX platforms, infrastructure or platform engineering, or applied AI systems in production.

Experience translating ambiguous strategy into execution and delivering measurable outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone. To support that mission, we seek to build a diverse team of driven individuals who care deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable.
Senior Software Engineer - AI Engineering

In 1600, William Gilbert published De Magnete, the first systematic study of magnetism. He didn't just theorize; he built instruments, ran experiments, and shared what he learned so that others could go further.

At Mercury, we're making a deliberate, company-wide bet on AI. Frontier users are already pushing boundaries, building agents, automating workflows, moving fast. But they're doing it in silos. This role exists to change that: to take those scattered experiments and turn them into shared infrastructure, shared context, and shared capability. The goal is a multiplier effect, where the most ambitious AI work inside Mercury lifts the velocity of everyone else.

You'll join a team that has already started building Mercury's internal AI platform and enablement layer. Your work will be to extend, harden, and scale what's in motion, and to help partner teams adopt it.

You'll build and evolve MCP servers that connect internal systems and data sources into a coherent interface for agents and engineers. Expand and operate our LLM gateway infrastructure: routing, rate limiting, cost attribution, and observability across teams. Turn early patterns into durable defaults: shared prompt libraries, guardrails, and policy-as-code so teams can move fast safely.

You'll shape and maintain structured context artifacts, clean, reliable, agent-consumable,so LLMs working in Mercury's systems can reason accurately about our domain. Improve internal knowledge discoverability and retrieval so both humans and agents can quickly find accurate answers. Partner with domain teams to standardize key sources of truth, and keep them fresh.

You'll build and refine sandbox environments and tooling that let engineers experiment with AI safely and at speed. Create self-service scaffolding so non-engineers,PMs, ops, finance, can prototype and deploy AI-powered workflows with minimal hand-holding. Build playgrounds and evaluation harnesses so internal AI agents can be tested and iterated in controlled environments before hitting production.

This list is illustrative. Priorities will shift as we learn; the right person will help choose the next highest-leverage work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of backend development experience in complex, production systems, you've built things that other engineers depended on. Is fluent across programming languages and can navigate platform engineering, infrastructure, and developer tooling without needing a map. Has hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems,RAG pipelines, agents, eval frameworks, and has shipped at least one of these to production. Understands the real tradeoffs in AI deployments: cost modeling, observability, latency, and safety, not just the exciting parts. Is high-agency and self-directed. You can operate effectively without tightly-defined scope, find the highest-leverage work, and get it done. Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, you can explain what you built and why it matters.

Salesforce Developer

We're hiring a Salesforce Developer to deepen Mercury's technical bench. This role fills a critical gap today: hands-on engineering capacity to implement platform capabilities that already exist on paper , and reduce tool sprawl by building stronger foundations directly into Salesforce and adjacent systems.

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll work closely with Architecture, Data, TPM, and Systems Experience to turn intent into reality. Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining Salesforce functionality (flows, automation, objects, permissions)

Implementing architectural designs without diverging from intent

Improving reliability, performance, and maintainability of GTM systems

Reducing tech debt and replacing fragile workarounds with durable solutions

Partnering with Data Strategy to ensure clean data generation

Supporting integrations and tooling across the revenue stack

Participating in incident response and platform debugging

Helping migrate functionality into core platforms rather than adding new tools

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

8+ years experience in Salesforce development or platform engineering roles

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation, flows, object models, permissions, and integrations

Excited to own and maintain API-based integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems

Demonstrated ability to build and refactor systems with durability, performance, and maintainability in mind

Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments

Clear communication skills and comfort explaining technical tradeoffs

Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, familiarity with GTM workflows, revenue operations, or customer lifecycle systems, and exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, or downstream analytics usage.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are:

US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $158,400 - 198,000

Staff Technical Program Manager, AI / Agent Systems

About the Role

We're looking for a senior, deeply technical TPM to own delivery of Replit's highest-stakes, most complex programs—starting with our evergreen Agent roadmaps. This is an IC role for someone who has previously been an engineering manager or senior engineer, can operate comfortably in AI/LLM-heavy systems, and brings order, momentum, and sharp decision-making to cross-team ambiguity. The ideal candidate uses AI and automation aggressively to scale themselves, but understands that the core value is clarity, tradeoffs, and execution, not just tooling.

You Will

Own end-to-end delivery of Replit's most complex, cross-functional programs, with Agent development as the primary, evergreen focus

Drive execution across Product, Eng, Research, GTM, and Leadership—surfacing dependencies, risks, and disagreements early

Operate as the technical glue between teams: able to follow architecture decisions, challenge assumptions, and translate tradeoffs without slowing velocity

Establish and run program operating cadence (milestones, reviews, decision logs, retros) for long-running bets

Use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale program management (status synthesis, risk detection, incident follow-ups, guardrails, retros)

Take on additional high-stakes programs as needed (e.g. Enterprise initiatives, external integrations, priority conflicts)

Partner closely with EMs and PMs without duplicating their roles—this role exists where ownership is otherwise fragmented

Required skills and experience

8+ years of TPM experience (or equivalent) with a track record of leading complex, high-impact programs

Deep technical fluency in systems like distributed architecture, infrastructure, platform engineering, or AI/ML

Clear, direct communication style with strong decision-making skills

Thrives in ambiguity and can drive progress independently—this is a high-impact IC role, not the foundation of a TPM organization

Preferred Qualifications

Background as an engineering manager or senior engineer

Experience leveraging AI tools, agents, or automation to increase execution velocity—we'd love to hear specific examples

Values clarity and momentum over process for process's sake

Bonus Points

You've led programs for AI/ML or agent-based systems

You've brought structure and accountability to cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

You have a portfolio of ways you've used automation or tooling to scale your impact as a program manager

Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:

About the team

OpenAI’s Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) org sits at the intersection of product, engineering, research, and go-to-market. We take frontier platform capabilities into the real world with design partners, turning raw customer signal into shipped software, repeatable patterns, and durable products.

About the role

This is a founding Technical Deployment Lead (TDL) role for the FDE Platform team. You will be accountable for making our earliest design partner deployments successful, from initial scoping and success criteria through production adoption and demonstrated value.

This is an ops-heavy, technically deep role: you will drive alignment across OpenAI and customer stakeholders, run the delivery plan across interdependent workstreams, and ensure enterprise constraints are handled upfront rather than discovered late. You will work closely with B2B Platform and FDE Platform teams to drive crisp execution, clear tradeoffs, and a path to scalable rollout for our platform design partners. Success is defined by delivered outcomes and adoption in critical workflows, not activity or slideware.

Success will be measured by platform outcomes that are measured by successful deployments. Deployments should deliver measurable value against customer goals, drive adoption, and become critical to their workflows. Additional measures of success include delivery reliability (milestones hit, low reopen/churn), operating leverage (patterns reused across deployments), judgment under pressure, and product impact (field signal that shifts roadmaps/architectures).

In this role you will

Define pilot scope and success criteria: Partner with customer sponsors and technical leads to translate goals into a concrete plan, measurable outcomes, and clear acceptance criteria.

Own the delivery plan across work streams: Build and run integrated milestones, dependencies, and execution rhythms across Applied, platform engineers, and customer teams.

Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making: Lead internal and external working sessions, keep tradeoffs explicit, unblock decisions, and escalate crisply when needed.

Ensure enterprise readiness from day one: Pressure-test security posture, permissions and access boundaries, audit-ability, and deployment/infra requirements as part of the delivery plan.

Manage production adoption and value realization: Drive onboarding, enablement, and change management so deployments land in real workflows and deliver measurable impact.

Run multiple deployments with rigor: Maintain clear status, risks, and mitigations across concurrent pilots, and continuously adjust plans to protect outcomes.

Convert learnings into actionable next steps: Synthesize what worked and what broke into clear requirements, sequencing proposals, and improvements to the platform delivery approach.

You might thrive in this role if you

Have 5+ years leading complex, customer-facing technical delivery where you owned outcomes end-to-end in high-ambiguity environments.

Are deeply credible with senior technical stakeholders and can whiteboard architectures, reason about enterprise deployment constraints, and go in the weeds when required.

About the Team

Security is foundational to OpenAI’s mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.

The Security organization protects OpenAI’s technology, people, and products by building and operating deeply technical systems that must work reliably at massive scale. Our work underpins OpenAI’s commitments around safety, privacy, and security across research, products, and emerging platforms.

About the Role

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Lead, Host Assurance to own and scale the trust foundations for bare-metal platforms across OpenAI’s global infrastructure. This is a player-coach role for a deeply hands-on builder and proven people leader who owns the Host Assurance charter end-to-end —designing, building, and operating the core security infrastructure that establishes trust in hardware platforms before they are eligible to run workloads.

Responsibilities

Own host assurance outcomes by defining and evolving the baseline security properties required for bare-metal hosts to be eligible for production use.

Ensure hosts are verifiably trustworthy from delivery and installation through secure bootstrap and readiness to join orchestration systems.

Design, implement, and operate the Host Assurance platform, including: HSM-backed services and key-management infrastructure, PKI and certificate-issuance systems that eliminate static credentials, and host identity, attestation, and measurement tooling.

Validate delivered hardware and firmware against vendor claims and continuously detect and manage drift over time.

Eliminate insecure bootstrap patterns while preserving deployment throughput and operational reliability. Partner with provisioning, fleet, and orchestration teams to deliver paved paths where the secure approach is the easiest approach.

Set and uphold a high bar for reliability, resilience, and operational hygiene across foundational trust services. Lead incident response and post-incident learning when issues arise, driving systemic improvements that keep these systems dependable at scale.

Lead, mentor, and directly manage a small team of senior engineers across PKI, operating systems, hardware security, and platform engineering. Hire and scale the Host Assurance function deliberately and proportionately as OpenAI’s compute footprint and platform ambitions grow.

Act as a hands-on technical leader,
