We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to lead and deliver complex SAP PM solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the SAP PM workstream, provide strategic guidance to clients, mentor consulting teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

This position combines hands-on functional expertise and client advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced consultant ready to drive large-scale transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.
• Translating complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
• Driving fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM.
• Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting environment.
• Deep expert-level knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of:

+ Asset lifecycle management + Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution + Regulatory and compliance maintenance

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps.
• Solid understanding of integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at operational and managerial levels.
• SAP Certified in PM modules is an added bonus.
• Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Good communication with professional level English and proactive attitude.
• No travel limitations
