\nIn addition, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, be able to influence and align diverse stakeholders, adapt their style to different audiences, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multinational setting.
\nThey should also be comfortable working with BI and planning tools, such as Jedox, Power BI, or similar, to drive insight-led decision-making and performance management.
\nFinally, the candidate should be independent, proactive, and resilient in their approach, comfortable taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes in a dynamic, fast-changing scale-up environment.
