As a Technical Recruiter, you will operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing talent. <p>What you&#39;ll do at Figma:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions</li>
<li>Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of Figma&#39;s business and products and communicate this effectively with candidates</li>
<li>Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience</li>
<li>Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metrics</li>
<li>Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategies</li>
</ul>
<p>We&#39;d love to hear from you if you have:</p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience</li>
<li>2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering roles</li>
<li>Proven success sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategies</li>
<li>Extensive experience and expertise within engineering communities and emerging technical trends</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with functional leaders and cross-functional partners to navigate complex offer scenarios and resolve candidate objections</li>
</ul>
<p>While not required, it&#39;s an added plus if you also have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in analytics recruiting</li>
<li>Experience using Figma&#39;s products</li>
<li>A team-first mentality, embracing learning, growing, and shared success with recruiting colleagues</li>
<li>Experience using Gem and Greenhouse</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for an exceptional Director of Partner Marketing to build and lead Cresta&#39;s partner marketing function from the ground up. In this highly visible role, you will own the strategy and execution of scalable partner marketing programs that accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across ISVs, systems integrators, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Cresta&#39;s global partner marketing function, building scalable programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline</li>
<li>Design and operationalize a partner marketing model that supports multiple partner types, products, segments, and geographies</li>
<li>Develop partnership-specific messaging frameworks, joint value propositions, and supporting collateral that enable partners to effectively position and sell joint solutions</li>
<li>Partner closely with partner enablement to create and govern enablement programs, content hubs, and self-serve resources that support partner success</li>
<li>Analyze partner pipeline performance and win/loss dynamics to identify gaps, remove roadblocks, and unlock new growth opportunities across the partner ecosystem</li>
<li>Provide a data-driven point of view to influence product roadmap priorities based on partner feedback, deal insights, and market opportunity</li>
<li>Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operating cadences to measure partner marketing impact and inform decision-making</li>
<li>Collaborate with RevOps and IT to evolve CRM, PRM, and marketing automation workflows that support partner motions at scale</li>
<li>Act as a cross-functional leader and connector across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships to ensure tight GTM alignment</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology company</li>
<li>Proven success building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SaaS partner motions, including ISVs, SIs, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances</li>
<li>Highly data-driven, with deep experience in pipeline metrics, attribution, ROI, and performance reporting</li>
<li>Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, build from zero, and scale programs as the business grows</li>
