The Ads Measurement team is responsible for proving the value of advertising at Pinterest. You will be driving the development of new solutions, scaling existing solutions, solving complex engineering problems, and driving ambiguous programs from inception to launch.

Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end program delivery for Ads Measurement initiatives, driving clarity through ambiguity in a complex technical domain, influencing technical direction and tradeoffs with strong technical judgment, executing at both breadth and depth, and being a thought leader to your stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for building durable program mechanisms and best practices, using GenAI as the default operating model for EP PgM execution, prototyping solutions to augment decisions through data or simplify processes using AI coding assistants, and following Pinterest AI guidance for risk, governance, and safety-by-design.

This role is expected to lead strategic, complex programs that span multiple orgs and contribute directly to company OKRs. You will partner tightly with Engineering, Product, PMM, Design, and Sales to align narratives, commitments, and launch readiness across highly interdependent teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience as a technical program manager or related experience, an entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, a passion for execution, and solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.
