<p>CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Manager to join our team in Muskogee, Oklahoma. As a Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of our facility. This is a 100% onsite role.</p>
<p>About the Role:</p>
<p>As the Data Center Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of our facility. Your day-to-day will involve guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime. You will serve as the key point of contact for all on-site activities, responding to technical emergencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Develop and implement best practices for data center operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery.</li>
<li>Perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve technical issues and emergencies in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.</li>
<li>Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of data center operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve data center performance and scalability.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in data center operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Experience with data center management tools and software.</li>
<li>Excellent time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team.</li>
<li>Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.</li>
<li>Capable of meeting all physical requirements with reasonable accommodations.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, participating in on-call rotations, and providing after-hours support.</li>
<li>Quick decision-making ability and adeptness at task prioritization.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on OR educational-based experience with any of the following areas: Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills experience; 5+ years of data center experience; Computer Networking experience; Python, Bash or other scripting languages experience; Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS; Bachelor&#39;s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p>What We Offer:</p>
<p>The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $105,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and assembly of composite components for our Autonomous Surface Vessels (ASVs).</p>
<p>As a key member of our growing engineering and production team, you will be responsible for supervising all composite fabrication processes, ensuring that materials meet stringent quality standards, and maintaining efficient production workflows.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise Composite Manufacturing: Lead and manage a team of composite fabricators and technicians to produce high-quality composite parts for ASVs.</li>
<li>Material Selection &amp; Handling: Work with engineering and materials teams to select and procure the appropriate composite materials (fiberglass, core, resins, gelcoats, etc.) for different vessel components.</li>
<li>Production Planning &amp; Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of composite parts while managing resource constraints.</li>
<li>Quality Control: Oversee the inspection, testing, and certification of composite parts. Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD), and DoD requirements.</li>
<li>Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve composite manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.</li>
<li>Training &amp; Mentoring: Train, coach, mentor, and develop junior composite technicians and fabricators. Ensure that the team is properly equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to perform at a high level.</li>
<li>Collaboration with Engineering &amp; R&amp;D: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand design requirements and provide feedback on manufacturability of composite components. Work with the R&amp;D team to experiment with new materials and techniques that improve performance and reduce costs.</li>
<li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed in the composite manufacturing area. Comply with all relevant environmental regulations and internal safety standards.</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Maintain detailed records of material usage, production progress, and quality control inspections. Report production status and any issues to management on a regular basis.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace, defense, or marine industries.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in a composite fabrication environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in composite materials (e.g., fiberglass, carbon fiber, vinyl ester resins) and fabrication techniques (layup, infusion, RTM, vacuum bagging, etc.).</li>
<li>Familiarity with automated composite manufacturing techniques (CNC routers, robotic arm systems) is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of quality control procedures for composites (e.g., ultrasonic testing, visual inspections, manual inspections).</li>
<li>Knowledge of DoD Standards: Understanding of military specifications and regulatory standards, including MIL-STD and MIL-PRF, is highly desirable.</li>
</ul>
<p>Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, maintain productivity, and ensure safety and quality standards.</p>
<p>Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges in a fast-paced, startup environment.</p>
<p>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.</p>
<p>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move composite materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in a hands-on production environment.</p>
