As an Experience Designer on this team, you will be responsible for articulating what makes a great experience for Airbnb travellers.</p>\n<p>Your primary focus will be on applying deep experience design expertise and an end-to-end customer perspective to define how to ensure quality at scale. You should also have strong discernment in taste and cultural sensibilities to design authentic experiences for various types of audiences.</p>\n<p>In addition, you will need to be able to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and be flexible to coordinate across different time zones.</p>\n<p>This role requires a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to driving the work forward.
