\nTo be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's or PhD in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a highly-related field. You should also have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
\nPreferred skills and experience include a PhD in Civil or Environmental Engineering, substantial professional experience working on real-world problems in this domain, and experience with at least one publication in a reputable journal or outlet.
