<p>Your tasks will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing, further developing, and implementing training and learning formats - from professional qualification to AI-based learning to agile methods such as SAFe.</li>
<li>Creating and optimizing communication materials (intranet updates, newsletters, presentations) and preparing relevant L&amp;D trends for the team.</li>
<li>Working on analysis and reporting topics, such as training usage or KPI dashboards, and supporting data-based decisions in the PE.</li>
<li>Working on various PE projects, preparing meetings, appointments, and documents - including close cooperation with trainers and efficient SharePoint management.</li>
</ul>
<p>To be well-prepared for your path as a work-study student at MHP, you should have the following qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Study in economics, educational science, adult education, vocational and business education, technical pedagogy, or economic psychology or a comparable course of study.</li>
<li>Passion for the further development of employees through training and digital learning formats, as well as for preparing content in a way that is understandable, appealing, and tailored to the target group. We also appreciate your curiosity about deriving insights from numbers and making the PE more effective.</li>
<li>Knowledge or first experiences in the HR field, particularly in personnel development, and a secure handling of MS Office 365.</li>
<li>Your working style is characterized by a high level of self-responsibility, a structured approach, creative thinking, and a strong team spirit.</li>
</ul>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will support the planning, organisation and implementation of personnel development measures. Your tasks will include accompanying the training management over our digital learning platform, contributing to the creation of digital learning content, and playing a crucial role in the follow-up and evaluation of training sessions and seminars. You will also assist in creating training concepts and preparing presentations, bringing your own ideas to the table for didactic design.</p>
<p>As a full-fledged team member in the Personnel department, you will support us in our daily business with your engagement.</p>
<p>The internship will start in August 2026 and last for 6 months. You will work 35 hours per week.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Currently studying Business Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable course with a focus on personnel and a passion for personnel development</li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Office</li>
<li>Fluent in German (B2 level) and good in English</li>

</ul>
