• A track record of driving growth through experimentation, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Comfortable working with A/B testing, funnel analysis, user segmentation, and personalisation techniques.
• Experience using analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to guide product decisions.
