This is a 4 month temporary position.  ## Responsibilities  - Drive the design and implementation approach for owned features or content, and work with Audio Director, Design, Animation, VFX and to ensure that audio matches the vision of the game. - Design and implement audio that fits within the Apex universe to immerse the player into the game’s world (including Legend abilities, weapons, ambiences, and foley). - Edit and implement audio assets directly in our audio tools and game engine (Miles and Source). - Follow a schedule and submit final audio files on or before required deadlines. - Troubleshoot and help fix audio bugs. - Partner as needed with the Speech team to track recordings and contribute to speech editing, naming, and file organization. - Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and external partners - Contribute to strengthening the audio community across multiple studios within EA.  ## Requirements  - Four years game audio and/or post-production experience. - Experience with audio design from scratch, field and foley recording, processing and editing, speech/VO design. - Comfortable with modern audio equipment, strong knowledge in at least one DAW (Reaper recommended). - Proficient in using game development tools, technology and pipelines (Wwise, FMOD, Perforce). - Experience with Perforce and game engines (Unity, Unreal); scripting experience preferred. - Solid knowledge of PC hardware and software. - Strong artistic and creative sensibilities. - Self-motivated, with a solution-oriented attitude and a positive communicator who excels as part of a team. - Good technical thinker.
