<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for transaction management and execution</li>
<li>Actively involve in devising transaction terms, creating marketing materials, obtaining internal approvals, deal documentation, obtaining ratings, pricing and execution of deals</li>
<li>Act as product expert, providing technical expertise and education to marketing staff and clients</li>
<li>Coordinate the execution of transactions between trading, sales, marketing and internal control functions</li>
<li>Draft term sheets, presentations and approval papers for structures, basic pricing of structures and attendance of client meetings with marketing staff for technical support</li>
<li>Develop an understanding of relevant market fundamentals and drivers and apply these when assessing the economic value and trading principles behind structures and trade ideas</li>
<li>Assist in driving strategy for both the sales and trading desks</li>
<li>Follow pricing and technical developments in the financial markets and can articulate a house view on these</li>
</ul>
<p>To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have a deep understanding of FX and rates products, and be able to position structures within the broader macro/story for clients</li>
<li>Have strong FX derivatives expertise, with proven understanding of vol, greeks and risk drivers</li>
<li>Possess robust quantitative and analytical skills in Excel, VBA and/or Python</li>
<li>Be able to build scenario analysis, payoff profiles and simple back tests</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills and be able to translate complex payoffs into clear narratives, lead client discussions, and coordinate pricing and execution with trading and sales</li>
<li>Be able to multi-task and to work well under pressure, with a control &amp; suitability mindset</li>
