<p>We are seeking an experienced Technical Partner Manager to lead technical partner engagements within our Global Partner Engineering &amp; Operations (PE&amp;O) team. In this role, you will own relationships with Stripe&#39;s AMER bank partners, overseeing partner technical integrations and performance.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for key financial partners, fostering and maintaining strategic relationships and technical collaboration.</li>
<li>Work with internal Engineering, Product, and Partner Management teams and external partners to define and deliver technical onboarding and integrations, ensuring performance SLAs are met.</li>
<li>Define, implement, and monitor partner health and performance metrics to meet and exceed partner expectations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to drive reliability and product efficiency; lead alignment for the Global Banks pillar&#39;s technical and operational needs.</li>
<li>Oversee and scale incident response processes, coordinate RCA (root cause analysis), and drive prevention and remediation plans.</li>
<li>Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements that streamline partner operations and enhance the Stripe experience.</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with Bank partner senior technology/operations counterparts; facilitate engagement between Stripe leadership and partner stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in technical partner/account management, operations, or strategic project management within payments or fintech; direct experience working with bank partners preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments, with a solid understanding of payment technologies and platform-to-partner integrations.</li>
<li>Strong technical judgment: ability to assess critical aspects of service and software integrations and apply best practices for operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Proven track record managing medium- to large-scale technical projects with external partners and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to drive decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse internal and external audiences (business development, product, engineering, operations).</li>
<li>Flexibility to be on-call during seasonal peaks and provide staggered time-zone coverage in a global, live service environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel (~30%) for partner visits and business/service reviews.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master&#39;s degree or MBA preferred.</li>
<li>Working proficiency with databases and SQL for partner-facing data analysis.</li>
<li>A user-first mindset and strong sense of urgency to scale products and operations through partnerships.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our Stablecoin &amp; Crypto team. As a key member of our legal team, you will lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations, advise on product launches, and help scale our legal and operational infrastructure.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Sales team, with particular focus on Stripe&#39;s Stablecoin &amp; Crypto team, leading negotiations and advising on a wide range of commercial and legal issues</li>
<li>Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market, including drafting service terms and providing contractual, commercial, and user-experience advice for launches</li>
<li>Be an integral part of the build out of Stripe&#39;s commercial legal infrastructure to enable scalable, efficient operations in line with Stripe&#39;s growth</li>
<li>Partner with teams across Stripe, including Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Product, Tax, and Risk groups, to align legal solutions with business priorities</li>
<li>Serve as a proactive and strategic business partner to senior managers and act as a trusted advisor on commercial strategy and risk</li>
<li>Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and other resources to help the Sales team sell our products confidently and compliantly</li>
<li>Act as a point of escalation for outside counsel and manage outside counsel relationships when matters require external expertise</li>

<p>Minimum requirements:</p>
