Creativity thrives when you're trusted to find your own way. Alexander's rotations at Honda gave him hands-on experience in design, fabrication, and testing across multiple manufacturing sites. The flexibility to explore creative solutions and the support of strong mentors helped him build a solid foundation for his full-time role.

In his current position, Alexander has contributed to equipment improvements at the Marysville Auto Plant and now helps develop Honda's ATV and SxS products. He values the teamwork, innovation, and the personal growth Honda encourages.
