We are launching our first wave of enterprise-grade certifications with a set of strategic launch partners. As a Launch Manager, you will own the relationships, programs, and operational execution needed to deliver world-class certification launches across our customers and product partners.</p>\n<p>You will be the connective tissue ensuring that each partner’s certification journey is smooth, high-impact, and tightly aligned to our broader learning strategy.</p>\n<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>\n<p>You will serve as the primary point of contact for our certification partners, managing the full lifecycle from selection to launch to ongoing iteration. You will coordinate pilots, track learning outcomes, gather and translate partner feedback, and ensure that launches land cleanly inside complex enterprise environments.
