You’ll make things happen–fast.</p>\n<p>The Senior Partner Program Manager will play a strategic role in the Zoominfo Partnerships Organisation responsible for design, delivery, and execution of programs that will create a best-in-class partner ecosystem aligned to Zoominfo goals and objectives.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and supporting multiple partner programs, such as Channel Sales, Technology, and Solutions, as we rapidly scale our Partner Ecosystem.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and has an entrepreneurial drive but can operate as part of a larger team and business. You are comfortable making recommendations based on data analysis and anecdotal feedback and willing to experiment with new ideas.</p>\n<p>You have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership while working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.</p>\n<p>This role will report to the SVP of Partnerships to ensure the partner programs align with ZoomInfo’s overall corporate strategy.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with sales leadership and partnerships management, delivery and account teams to ensure the proper program elements, resources, and processes are put in place to support partner program success.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading program management of high-visibility strategic programs, which includes designing a decision framework, executing strategy, and building a roadmap.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with Partners and internal ZoomInfo teams to develop repeatable frameworks.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Playing an active role in contributing to the evolution of ZoomInfo’s overall partner program and strategy.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Playing a key role in partner recruitment and selection, engaging with strategic partners to ensure alignment and fast time-to-value.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Helping define goals/metrics to measure the success of our program.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyzing key metrics, identifying gaps, and creating plans to mitigate and drive closure.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams taking responsibility for driving alignment and delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling administrative functions related to Partner Programs, ensuring internal tools are updated, and sales hygiene is maintained.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting Partners and internal stakeholders’ ad-hoc requests and jumping in where needed (e.g., legal agreement support, operations support, collateral building, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Core systems and tools you may be working with include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Jira,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Confluence,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>GSuite,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Netsuite,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Snowflake,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>GCP,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>AWS,</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Plus multiple other peripheral software tools in these ecosystems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What you bring:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of Partner Program management experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and a confirmed capacity to build positive relationships, manage partners to defined goals and objectives, and close business with partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be self-motivated, have strong self-management skills, and demonstrate basic leadership qualities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience, and/or training.
