Build and scale a high-performing acquisition engine across search and paid social. Own Google Search: launch agile campaigns for frequent model releases and build always-on campaigns that convert high-intent traffic into revenue. Own paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit): collaborate with creative and content teams to produce quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works.

Partner with marketing and product teams to align on priorities, launches, and messaging. Drive experimentation across channels, landing pages, and funnel conversion. Analyze performance deeply: identify bottlenecks, surface insights, and recommend product and marketing improvements.

Build scalable reporting and attribution to tie spend to revenue. The majority of the team is based in San Francisco; this role requires 3-4 hours of daily overlap with PST for alignment and fast execution.
