<li>Maintain full accountability for shift-level performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.</li>
<li>Partner with the Robotics Technical team to ensure maximum equipment uptime, serving as the primary escalation point for any operational disruptions, ensuring rapid resolution to maintain data collection targets.</li>
<li>Oversee complex labor planning and headcount allocation, ensuring that all team members are effectively deployed against the site&#39;s daily objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ideally, you&#39;d have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing, automated logistics, or technical operations.</li>
<li>Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in operational data analysis and the use of business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making.</li>
<li>Methodological Rigor: Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and standardized problem-solving frameworks.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor&#39;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and extensive industry experience will be considered.</li>
<li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex operational reports to executive leadership.</li>
