• Provide strategic and tactical direction to a shift organization of 100 people, including Operations Supervisors, Robotics Technicians, and Data Collection Associates.
• Serve as the guardian of the workplace experience, proactively identifying the demands and requirements of the shift staff, transforming feedback into actionable initiatives that enhance operational ergonomics, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction.
• Utilize structured 1:1 coaching sessions as the primary mechanism to discuss career path, provide performance feedback, and prepare career paths for operators and supervisors.
• Maintain full accountability for shift-level performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
• Partner with the Robotics Technical team to ensure maximum equipment uptime, serving as the primary escalation point for any operational disruptions, ensuring rapid resolution to maintain data collection targets.
• Oversee complex labor planning and headcount allocation, ensuring that all team members are effectively deployed against the site's daily objectives.

Ideally, you'd have:

• Experience: 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing, automated logistics, or technical operations.
• Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in operational data analysis and the use of business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making.
• Methodological Rigor: Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and standardized problem-solving frameworks.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and extensive industry experience will be considered.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex operational reports to executive leadership.
