As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building new experiences for the Greenlight Registration Flow. Work with domain teams, product managers and designers to improve the growth of users through the registration flow. You will also support the existing architecture of Greenlight registration and build on it, focusing on growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building new experiences for the Greenlight Registration Flow
• Working with domain teams, product managers and designers to improve the growth of users through the registration flow
• Supporting the existing architecture of Greenlight registration and building on it, focusing on growth
• Scaling and maintaining our backend services to evolve with new feature requests and support our growing user base
• Improving the reliability and availability of the platform which supports our families and partners

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years software development experience
• Ability to context switch effectively and prioritize work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong focus on performance, scalability, and observability when designing and building systems
• Experience building single page applications using a modern framework
• Experience building REST APIs
• Recent experience developing backend services with Node.js
• Ability to operate in a fast, iterative development environment, applying build/measure/learn principles to rapidly deliver features, evaluate impact, and continuously improve the product

Preferred experience includes:

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Experience working with modern MarTech tools such as Segment, Optimizely, and Mixpanel

Requirements include 4+ years of experience in a Partner Management role, with KPIs pertaining to 'Partner Sourced' pipeline, experience with partner marketing, partner programs, and/or business development, and excel at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing partner needs with internal priorities while maintaining momentum toward shared business objectives.
