Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Operational Performance in accordance with defined cost budgets, ensuring effective day-to-day control of costs while achieving SLA/KPIs.

The post holder shall ensure labs are digitally agile when adopting best in class digital solutions to allow integration with wither Bp and external customers systems. They will also be the business expert for the development and ownership of the cyber security incident response plan, and digital security compliance across the laboratories.

You will provide strategic and operational support on process and standards across the local data center portfolio. Continually evaluate and improve technical operational processes and procedures in collaboration with the team. Review, comment on, and approve High-Risk emergency operating procedures for clients. Manage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $163,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
