We're hiring a Product Operations Manager to work directly with our Product and Engineering teams on our Growth, Enterprise, and Verticals team. They will build, launch, and improve bleeding edge products that make the most of our frontier models' capabilities.
\nThe Product Operations team connects strategy to execution by creating alignment up, down, and across the company. They will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, enhance decision-making processes, and scale our Product's impact.
\nWorking as an extension of the product leadership team, they will balance hands-on tactical execution with strategic initiatives, bringing a pragmatic eye for scale and operationalization in a fit-for-purpose way.
\nThe Research Product Team is responsible for launching our new models into the wild. They are the connective tissue between our Research Org, our internal product teams, and our users themselves.

On the M&A front, this person will help drive sourcing and execution of potential acquisitions and partner closely with M&A integration leaders to ensure post-merger success. This team also leads cross-functional strategic initiatives to develop solutions to thorny business challenges identified by Cloudflare’s leadership or to explore new areas of opportunity.
