<p>As an Anlagenbediener*in (all genders), you&#39;ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging lines. You&#39;ll operate modern machinery, ensure the quality of our products, and contribute to achieving our corporate goals.</p>
<p>Your tasks will include operating the machines, carefully documenting and controlling all production steps, and cleaning and maintaining the equipment according to our quality standards. With your willingness to work shifts and your commitment to continuous improvement, you&#39;ll be a valuable part of our team.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities and Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate packaging lines and specific inspection systems, and perform all activities required for the proper operation of the packaging line.</li>
<li>Ensure proper management and control of charge documentation and logbooks, and perform and document in-process controls during ongoing production processes.</li>
<li>Perform and control equipment, format part, and room cleanings according to standard operating procedures, and manage related documentation (eCR, charge protocol, and logbook).</li>
<li>Implement partial disassembly of equipment and equipment parts, and work on machine and equipment installation.</li>
<li>Ensure cooperative, responsible, and continuous participation in product quality assurance.</li>
<li>Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, taking into account costs and benefits.</li>
<li>Participate actively in achieving departmental goals and engage in constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within the Packaging Department.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Completed 2-year vocational training, preferably with a technical or pharmaceutical background.</li>
<li>Experience in operating production equipment is a significant asset.</li>
<li>Good PC skills, including software used in process control technology.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of complex processes, responsible, and forward-thinking working style.</li>
<li>Ability to engage in constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within the Packaging Department.</li>
<li>High level of reliability and self-motivation, good communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork.</li>
<li>Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and work in 3-shift operations.</li>
<li>Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.</li>
</ul>
<p>The position is limited to two years, with the possibility of indefinite extension.</p>
