<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading IT Hardware Operations: Manage and mentor a team responsible for IT procurement, asset management, device provisioning, and hardware lifecycle operations across all Anduril locations.</li>

<li>Overseeing Procurement Strategy: Define and execute IT hardware procurement strategies, including vendor management, contract negotiations, cost optimisation, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely delivery of equipment.</li>

<li>Managing Asset Lifecycle: Own the complete hardware asset lifecycle from requisition through deployment, maintenance, refresh cycles, and secure disposition, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.</li>

<li>Optimising Oomnitza Platform: Serve as the primary owner of the Oomnitza hardware device management platform, driving continuous improvements in automation, integrations, reporting, and user experience.</li>

<li>Developing Hardware Roadmap: Define and prioritise the roadmap for hardware standards, refresh cycles, emerging technologies, and asset management tool enhancements aligned with business growth and security requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li>Driving Process Excellence: Establish and champion hardware management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strategic Alignment: Partner with IT leadership, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align hardware strategies with organisational objectives and budget planning.</li>
</ul>

<li>Vendor Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with hardware vendors, distributors, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing, quality service, and supply chain resilience.</li>
</ul>

<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor hardware inventory, utilisation metrics, procurement cycles, and costs; generate regular reports and insights for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Supporting Rapid Scaling: Enable Anduril&#39;s growth by ensuring efficient onboarding/offboarding processes, supporting new office openings, and maintaining hardware availability for global operations.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and improving the day-to-day technology experience for Omadans. You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and operation of systems that enable secure, efficient, and user-friendly workflows across the company.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant IT experience with a strong track record of delivering hands-on support and systems management in a modern, fast-paced environment. You will have deep expertise with macOS and Windows endpoint administration using JAMF Pro and Workspace ONE (or equivalent), strong experience supporting SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Office 365, and Zendesk, and familiarity with IT asset management platforms (e.g., Oomnitza) and best practices for hardware lifecycle tracking and reconciliation.</p>
<p>You will consistently deliver high-quality IT support by applying deep knowledge of endpoint management, access provisioning, and SaaS administration. You will demonstrate ownership by proactively identifying and solving user issues with empathy, timeliness, and clarity. You will play a key role in onboarding initiatives by coordinating closely with Recruiting and P&amp;C to ensure new hires are set up for success from Day 1, leveraging established processes.</p>
<p>You will contribute meaningfully to audit-aligned practices, such as accurate asset tracking, access control hygiene, and compliance documentation. You will take ownership of the asset inventory management platform, leveraging established processes to maintain a high level of accuracy and maintaining a structured, tidy, and detailed space, both physically and digitally, to track the entirety of supported computing equipment.</p>
<p>You will drive improvements to IT workflows through an understanding of automation (e.g., Tines, Oomnitza Workflows, Zendesk automations) and process refinement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our Security, HR, Recruiting, and Infrastructure teams, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
<p>You will balance day-to-day support work with small project execution and proactive system maintenance.
